God is Good!!

Bryan and I have been married a little over a year and a half now. I'd love to say that buying our home was something we actually THOUGHT about for a while before looking but honestly, one day we got a flyer in our neighborhood, we called a realtor I knew at the church and the whole process got started. The first day we went looking, we fell in love with a home. It was in a new neighborhood so we didn't have to go through all of the putting of an offer, etc. I am so glad that we reacted to that flyer on our door that day. The house we fell in love with was a little over our budget and we were told that since it was a new home, there was no way they were coming down on the price, it's a lot like CarMax, what you see is what you get. God really used that to grow Bryan and me. We prayed and prayed over that house because we really felt at home as soon as we walked in that door. We went ahead and filled out all the pre-approval stuff and our realtor came back and said, you won't believe this but they knocked the price down so it would be in your budget range and gave us an incredible interest rate on top of that. I don't know why they did that, I DO know that God works amazing miracles!! A Hindu couple has just moved in across the street, our neighbor is not churched and was recently divorced. There is a reason that God put us in that home. We pray with all of our hearts that he uses us in MIGHTY ways and that we glorify Him with what He has GIVEN us.
